CMN prohibits banks from distributing dividends and raising managers‘ remuneration

Recently, Felipe Paiva, B3’s Customer Relationship Director, announced that the Stock Exchange has surpassed the 3 million mark of individual investors.

From the beginning of 2020 until September, there was an 82.37% increase compared to 2019, when 1,681,033 Brazilians had accounts open on the Exchange. It is increasingly evident the interest of people in investing in stocks, since the low Selic rate made the fixed income less advantageous.
